    Long shipping / delivery time, used the absolute cheapest method possible. When package arrived, it was completely damaged and empty. Sticker on box stated reused box, and it showed. No item in box. Contacted seller immediately due to sticker on box and no item. Seller agreed to refund (thank you) then itbtook a long time and multiple messages to make the refund happen. It finally did, and I appreciate it. Tried to be patient as they state small sellern and parent.

    Very pleased with this transaction and seller. Brand new sealed in case DVD, no damage or blemishes. Very well packaged in padded mailer with "Fragile" label and free shipping, doesn't get any better than that.     Outstanding seller. The item I received was not correct through no fault of the sellers. It had been swapped and repackaged. I reached out to the seller when I received the product and he Immediately sent me a shipping label to return it. As soon as he received the item a full refund was given immediately.
