I, along with 95% of sellers, overcharge shipping on auctions to minimize risk on selling a 9 card lot for only $0.99. 18 days is definitely unreasonable and the only thing I can control is shipping out asap. You won the auction Friday night, I mailed out Saturday morning, and it made it to Milwaukee distribution center that night, Sat Jan 4th. Then it took 13 days to arrive in KC on the 17th.
