When maverick DEA agents Sean Vetter (Vin Diesel) and Demetrius Hicks (Larenz Tate) team-up to bust notorious drug overlord "Memo" Lucero (Geno Silva), they soon find themselves in grave danger. When an attempted retaliatory strike by Lucero's gang results in the murder of Vetter's wife, Vetter violently confronts Lucero in his jail cell.     I can say for sure for me top ten packaging I received definitely was boxed for shipping and handling excellent job so far so good on being what was described I haven't had a chance to take it out of the plastic wrapping yet but as far as a value good but could have been better the seller offered me a lower price but I missed the deadline for the offer buy a few hours and ask them if they would be willing to sell to me for the same offer price through eBay message but no reply back would've nice
