    This item was as described, and arrived timely! The packaging was adequate; it was delivered to my third party shipper in good shape. It did not fare as well on it's way to AK, but that was totally my third party shipper and NOT the seller! I would do business with them again for certain!

    Item was listed as a high-end, brand new product, but I received a lower-end model with old packaging. Seller told me to resell it and offered to send more units, which felt dismissive. They said I could return it, knowing eBay supports sellers who offer returns. Feels like a deceptive tactic. A frustrating experience—wasted time and money. Be careful and check seller reviews before buying. I'm sharing this so others don’t get misled.

    This is false. Customer is in another country. We said. If you want a full refund you will have to send it back to us, they wanted us to let them keep the items and give them a full refund. We offered them multiple solutions. One was that we could offer a partial and they keep it and they can try to resell them in their own country . Another was that we would send them more units. Don't be misled by false accusations.
