    Shipping info came in within a few hours of purchase and the packing for the NAB6 was done nicely. It came as described with the NAB6, it's PSU along with 32GB of RAM & 1TB of storage with Win 11. Communication wasn't even apart of it since the seller was out of the office at the time but the convo after the sale was superb and very friendly. Felt like if I did have an issue at the time, this seller would actually assist me [but no issues so :)]. Would recommend KB3 to anyone!

    The seller quickly shipped out the item, made sure it was sent safely, and in the same condition as it was in the photos, very happy with that process! Unfortunately, I was unable to get the game to run, I don’t blame the seller, just a mishap with a faulty disc, but after explaining, the seller did issue a refund without hesitation. Extremely well service, regardless I am happy with this experience!
