    I ordered 4 Lefton Easter figurines from this seller. Two were damaged when they arrived despite the wrapping with bubble wrap. Two were perfect. I sent pictures to the seller and within 30 minutes I had an apology, multiple times, and an offer for A 50% refund which was processed immediately. The customer service was exceptional.
