They arrived to the US overnight from Japan - it was DHL in the US who took days to release the package for shipping after I paid the import fee. Their communication throughout was excellent and they were very helpful. The watch arrived incredibly fast and was extremely well packaged. The watch itself looks so much better than the photos so that was a really nice surprise. I would definitely buy from them again.
