      Bought to replace broken PVR for old lady who can't learn anything new and was familiar with this model. Seller really helpful ... they responded almost immediately to my questions even on a Sunday afternoon!! Item arrived well packaged and exactly as described. Recorder worked straight out of box and old lady very happy that her TV system is up and recording just like it always did. Thank you very much for your help and I definitely recommend this seller..

      Item is as described. Very happy with this purchase. Quick shipper, great communication. I would definitely buy from this seller again. Only bit of criticism is the packing could have been better. The package took quite a journey to get here, some/any packing material would have gone a long way to protecting items. I have a lot of parts on the cars to repair, the bat is now a puzzle. I purchased a collection that was a little larger from overseas that used bubble wrap and had zero damage.
