No response from my two communications. The box used was too thin and arrived crushed. The 35lb weight required a double wall box. I was shocked to find inside the box the unit placed in the box with 90% of the bubble wrap thrown loose on top, leaving the base of the unit to take hits. Makes no sense why anyone would do that.
