It was a panel box listed as new. It had a missing front cover which is needed for code. It had a HUGE dent in the bottom corner. Likely from shipping mishandling. However, I don't recommend them to anyone. Right off the bat started blaming me and accusing me of it not being the item they sent. It was priced good.
