I loved the neat and cute packaging, decorative shredded paper and stickers, plus the extra birch bow was a lovely surprise. Extra body parts and samples were packed separately and beautifully. The doll itself is high quality, soft hair, only a few loose strands and one ear slightly unglued but easy to fix. I love her, she is so pretty & the red wig is chef's kiss. Thank you for the extras also. Would definitely buy from again.
