Defects in the parts. First picture in photos is the advertised item. Items received are not new or the same. . They look like old stock. They are suppose to be genuine JCB parts but are not JCB quality parts. Function of parts are not consistent. Parts do not latch very well. Seller said they would send replacements but have not done that. No response.
