      The refills arrived in terrible condition — old, losing scents , no box, scratched, and already drying out. I reached out to the seller, hoping they would make it right, but instead, they were rude and dismissive, simply saying it was “shown in the picture.” The listing clearly stated the item was brand new, which was a complete lie. This was an awful experience. I will never buy from this seller again and strongly advise others to stay far away.
