  The clock arrived in great condition, very well packed with a lot of huge bubble-wrap sheets. Looks great and runs fine. Item looks better than described.

  It arrived quickly, packaged very well. It is just as described. And was able to get it at a fair price. This is fairly heavy and quite large, which explains the higher shipping price, which no one can control. I don't blame the seller, just the high price.

  Received clock. Messaged seller asking about missing Key. Seller replied: “I did not have a wind-up key for that clock”. Key is clearly pictured in listing (see attached photo from original listing). No mention in description of key not included. I allowed seller opportunity to correct possible mistake. This is first negative feedback I’ve ever left but thought it may help other prospective buyers to know what they might encounter when dealing with this seller.

  I did find the key and I hope you enjoyed the discount. I understand unhappy people. I apricate the positive feedback in this message. (Seller, good evening. Thank you for the quick shipping. I received the clock today and am very happy with the condition (although I’ll have to figure out how to install the pendulum but that the fun of it). I’m writing because o locate the key to wind the clock. I’ve searched the packaging thoroughly. Can you advise where it is located. Many thanks)
