I would have no hesitation to buy from them again. The goods arrived very promptly and were of excellent quality. It was unfortunate that the parcel had been badly handled, it looked as if it had been crushed and the top 4 glasses were damaged but the packing was good and the bottom 4 were in perfect condition as described. I was given an immediate refund and consider them excellent value for money.
