  I 'won' the bidding on my purchase The sewing machine was well packed, in an original box, shipped quickly, and works. I had a question about the machine and reached out to the seller. Then, when I found a solution to the issue on my own, I wrote and informed them that I had fixed the issue on my own. I received no response to any of my messages. I won't recommend them for their poor communication, but the product I received is a positive outcome.

  I bought two sewing machines from the seller. One of them was broken and this one was actually in pretty good condition like it was described, but the seller still is impossible to communicate with takes her days to even respond once and that’s pretty much all she’s willing to do. You can keep messaging her, but she never responds after that which is pretty rude if you ask me just saying the people buying your items should maybe get a little more respect than that, but she’d rather just ignore

  Sewing machine came as promised (all parts included) with free shipping in an original box. Only problem was broken interior styrofoam which did not effect shipping safety but did leave styrofoam bits all over (still coming out of the machine a week later with a lot of sewing). See the pictures. Although advertised as used, there was no evidence of wear. In fact, many of the parts came in original plastic bags.
