No paint or design flaws as far as I can tell. It's an excellent quality pop. Seller packaged it well, in a layer of bubble wrap, with packing paper around that for additional cushion. Rec'd tracking the day after I ordered, item shipped the next day, arrived three days after that. Got this as a gift for someone, so I'm really glad I was able to find it at the original cost price. I was very happy with the communication. The shipping was slightly delayed but only by a couple days and I don’t think the seller had any control over it.
