"Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition" for the Microsoft Xbox One is an open-world police drama. Players take on the role of Wei Shen. Shen is a police officer from San Francisco who transfers to Hong Kong for an important task: infiltrate the Triad. Shen, originally from Hong Kong, goes deep undercover as he attempts to ruin this organization from the inside. Unfortunately, characters from Shen's past complicates matters, and he struggles with losing himself to his Triad persona."Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition" was developed by United Front Games and released by Square Enix in 2014. It features a number of improvements over the original game on the Xbox 360 and PS3. These improvements include some minor gameplay tweaks based on fan feedback from the original game. These tweaks made some enemy encounters easier and rebalanced some of the street races. This Xbox One game also features a higher resolution to take advantage of the system's power."Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition" features all 24 DLC packs from the original "Sleeping Dogs." Many of these packs include costumes and accessories that your character can wear and use. These costumes range from regular suits to outlandish costumes based on other Square Enix properties. Wei can dress as characters from iconic properties such as "Deus Ex" and "Hitman: Absolution." Three story based DLCs are included with these 24 packs. The first is Nightmare in North Point. This downloadable content pack features a horror theme, with Shen fighting Chinese ghosts and other creatures. The second pack, Zodiac Tournament, focuses on the fighting. This pack adds brand new arenas where Shen can fight along with new opponents. However, Shen has been hitting the gym and has an array of brand new fighting moves. The final pack is the Year of the Snake pack. This pack is the largest story pack for the game and features Shen tangling with a group of cultists. It introduces new police vehicles and the ability to arrest civilians and criminals.Other than these new additions, "Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition" plays the same as the original game. In this open-world adventure, you can drive and visit anywhere that you can see. You can complete story missions at your leisure or just drive around and soak in the Hong Kong atmosphere. Shen has the choice to follow the letter of the law or cause destruction wherever he goes. However, if you cause too much chaos, you'll find yourself fighting the law rather than being it. Similar to other open world games, Shen can travel on foot or steal any vehicle he sees. This title takes full advantage of the Xbox One's hardware and has no slowdown or screen tearing. The character models are crisp, and each character expresses a broad range of emotion. The voice acting is stellar and will further immerse you into the story. The music is a mix of Chinese and Western tunes, further immersing you into this culture.The Definitive Edition has a rating of M by the ESRB. This rating is due to sexual content, graphic violence, and alcohol.

    1) It arrived in a busted up blank DVD case 2) It was only the "play" disc--which was NOT mentioned anywhere in the original listing 3) It took a while for them to respond to my messages about above issues, but they did eventually respond. Their response was to blame EBAY for "changing the title" of the listing 4) It was a negative experience & I will avoid dealing with this seller again, but technically I did receive what was pictured, but the listing was very vague & confusing.
