There was a delay with the shipping as it was dropped off at the wrong house but luckily I was able to recognize the neighbors porch from the picture. Put power to it and it turns on. Turns out the video output jacks are different than my monitor not a problem just different style.

This board has many upgradable features including the TPM, lots of ports. The seller had great communications, great price. Will continue to buy from them A++++.
