But still a good value for the amount of new tonies that came with. Packed with brand new box and packing paper, arrived safely. Took a while to arrive (2-3 weeks)

Did not say does not turn on, or the charging cable is not included. seller tells me i should purchase a book for dummies because i can't see in a package if the cord is in there or not... poor sarcastic seller, avoid them.
