I was notified that my order had been sent, and 1 minute later, got a message from the seller, telling me that my order had been lost in transit. They offered me the option of a refund, or waiting for my order to be filled upon a restocking of their supply. After determining that they really had no good idea of about how long that might take, I opted for the refund. It was promptly issued. Ultimately, no harm, no foul, yet it seemed a bit odd to me.

I bought a $14.13 piece of foam rubber from them which arrived in the time window as promised. They advertise this foam as being 54" long but it arrived 24" long. More than half of it was missing. I offered them the option to refund me the difference but they instead chose to give me a return envelope (which never materialized) to send it back.
