I did have an issue with the game itself and I messaged the seller and within minutes they responded with possible solutions and offered to return the item if we couldn't get the game to function properly. Their solutions worked perfectly and item was able to continue gaming with no issues less than 20 minutes after I initially messaged the seller. 10/10 customer service.
