I am extremely dissatisfied within the delivery courier not informing me of a parcel delivered arms my door with a knock on the door or a ring of a bell. To just receive an email acknowledging of the delivery is just poor service. Its worse than a delivery from Uber Eats. Delivery company needs to change its policy about deliveries and inform the customer better.
