It does not. It is totally covered by just the waterproof material. Apart from this, it appears to be good quality materials. Well packed, speedy delivery and good comms with seller.

They did not refund the cost of return postage. Seller advised me several days after that he no longer had the item he had promised to send me. Full refund given of initial purchase but I remain out of pocket for return postage and had my time wasted. To be avoided. Very underwhelming and dishonest, lacks basic customer service and decency. Photo proving wrong item and return proof of postage attached.
