The Apple Watch Ultra 2 arrived quickly with fast and secure shipping (signature required), and it was packaged extremely well with plenty of protective cushioning. The item itself was in perfect condition and exactly as described. There was a small issue with one of the included bands, but the seller responded promptly and professionally, and issued a partial refund without any hassle. Great communication, great value, and a smooth transaction overall. Highly recommended!

Was listed as "open box" motherboard only, so I assumed it would be missing the accessories and possibly the I/O shield at most. With it being listed as "open box" I took a chance on it. Upon receiving, it was indeed missing accessories and I/O shield, but also missing the backplate needed to mount a cooler, making it unusable. Never seen a open box stripped of everything. Seller did refund without issue, so it turned out fine.
