I contacted the seller with pictures and I received and immediate response with an offer for a full or partial refund if I wanted to keep what was left. So although disappointing, it was completely out of the sellers control and I have happily accepted a partial refund. I would absolutely buy from them again in the future, as this was resolved easily and respectfully.

The item was just as described, in excellent condition, sold at a very reasonable price and all packaged up nicely in a little Chanel bag, with added goodies (little sample perfumes/unused makeup) such a wonderful experience and would highly recommend!
