Not only was the flute a great value as described, but this seller was very responsive to messages. There was a problem that occurred during shipping - it was totally not the seller's fault - the packaging was fine. But this seller was totally helpful and fair in working out the outcome. I completely recommend this seller.

Seller offered to ship a screw out to me at no charge. I declined because I picked this clarinet per the description it plays perfectly. The clarinet was packaged well and would’ve been a great deal had it arrived per the description. Process to ship back was easy and clarinet is currently en route back to the seller.
