I needed something stronger for my screwdriver bits, but this didn't work for me. I contacted the company and they were extremely kind and professional. They gave me a full refund immediately after contacting them. I would buy again at any time with my eyes closed, confident that they believe in their customers and that if the product doesn't work properly, they will find a solution without wasting time.

The sale, the very quick delivery two days. UPS damaged the box however, the motor was packed very good. And there was no damage. Installed the unit myself and it works as intended. Great condition good price however I would like some communication. However, it might be unnecessary. If you know exactly what to buy. Thanks again, Gary.
