I let the seller know I tried filing a claim with UPS, but since it showed as “delivered” in their system, the claim was denied. The seller still gave me a full refund, which I really appreciated. I can only rate the product, not the seller, but if I could—5 out of 5 stars for them!

So, I asked to cancel the order, was informed by eBay it might take 4 days for Seller to respond. A few hours later, the item arrived (in a Walmart box). So, I guess I'm pleased with this transaction, as it arrived at the earliest expected promise date.
