Seller really helpful ... they responded almost immediately to my questions even on a Sunday afternoon!! Item arrived well packaged and exactly as described. Recorder worked straight out of box and old lady very happy that her TV system is up and recording just like it always did. Thank you very much for your help and I definitely recommend this seller..

I treated myself to a Steiff Lotty in a pink suitcase,exactly as described with tags,she's just adorable. Packaging was very secure ,double wrapped & in a strong cardboard box. Postage was very reasonable for recorded delivery & arrived on the predicted date given. I always had second hand bears as a child ...I'm 67 on my next Birthday 🎂 who said it's never too late LoL 😆 Thanks for making my ebay purchase Great
