Item was packaged very securely in a very good conditioned box. It came as described and worked perfectly fine when I plugged it into my motorola hand mic. I'm much happier using this rather than the old clear acoustic tubes, so this item is very well worth the money and was honestly a steal. Any other place sells this item for $80 or higher. So I really appreciate the business and look forward to doing more with this seller.

Price was great, packing was perfect; the box was specially cut to fit the backpack and then shipped the next day using FedEX for quick delivery. The Curmio backpack is a 10 out of 10. It's well designed for portable O2 concentrators, with space for the POC, and up to two extra batteries in the pocket under the POC and even a pocket to hold extra canulas or other stuff.
