The dress I received looks nothing like the pictures. The dress is very cheap looking, the seller’s picture is unlined at the top. The dress I receive is fully lined. Seller indicates easy returns, they don’t provide a valid mailing address for returns. I asked for one, and they refused to provide one.

However, the item was not as described/depicted in product photos. The shoes were depicted as an eggplant purple, but when they arrived, they were a few fuchsia pink. When I contacted the seller they offered me a 50% refund, which I accepted. But overall, I am disappointed as I did not receive the shoes I ordered and now have a pair of shoes I do not want.
