I understand with a high volume business issues do arise, what keeps me continue to be a customer is their customer service. I messaged them and put in a request for a refund at 6pm and the next day I was issued a refund and a message apologizing for their shortcomings. Items came in new and sealed condition, price was a great value and package well.

First off, three boxes arrived at my FPO AP address in 7 days. For service members overseas, it usually takes 20-40 days. Secondly, the friendly, solid communication from the beginning.
