Product is exactly as described and the pictures they had were perfectly clear and helpful. Shipped promptly. I bought a glass ashtray and they packaged it like it was a Faberge egg or something lol. They must have had an issue with UPS drop kicking their packages or something. Anyway, I'd much rather have that than too little packaging.
