    The HP EliteDesk PC was is great condition when it arrived. It was packaged well and everything was as described. The shipping was delayed due to an error in USPS and the seller was able to resolve this and get the package to me correctly. No fault of the seller and they were quick to respond and resolve it.     Item got stuck in shipping and hadn’t moved in a week. Even though the package getting stuck in transit wasn’t the seller’s fault, I contacted the seller and he was able to open up a case with USPS and get my package moving again. Item arrived shortly after contacting the seller. The item worked perfectly. I have purchased from this seller many times and the items have always been excellent and so has the customer service.     Drive arrived packaged extremely well in multiple layers of wrap and packing peanuts and was exactly as described. The customer service is the real star here, though. Very communicative seller who handled all my questions and feedback super well. Would absolutely do business with them again.
