Yes I agree the postal service is getting careless with packages This item was well packed with large bubble wrap, paper, padding and marked with fragile stickers. A full refund was sent to the buyer and a claim has been filed with the postal service. Hope you find another item that you like to replace it. Thank you!

My item was packaged very well, sent super fast, and looked even better than pictures indicated. Seller even sent a note telling me that the item was securely packaged and would be sent out shortly. I'm not used to this kind of personal attention! These folks clearly go the extra mile to insure buyer satisfaction!!
