One of the thermostats had a couple of broken clips that hold it to the ring. Seller was very responsive and shipped out a replacement the same day I emailed them about it. Replacement thermostat was also packaged well and appeared to be in good condition. Very good value for money. Both thermostats worked well. Trust this seller, they stand by their products.
