They posted the item the day after purchase and I was provided with a tracking number. It was a large heavy and somewhat fragile item. On arrival the item was very well packaged with bubble wrap and polystyrene balls. It sustained no damage during transit and was just as described in the listing. It was also in good working order again as described. Very pleased with purchase and would buy from this seller again.
