TO THEIR CREDIT, VENDOR IMMEDIATELY ISSUED FULL NO QUESTIONS ASKED REFUND - AND - I DID NOT NEED TO RETURN THE ITEM. i could be wrong, but i suspect when you do as much business as this vendor seems to, some slip ups are inevitable. The MOST important thing is to immediately take ownership and responsibility, which this vendor did.

The seller reached out right after I made the purchase to let me know about the hard drive described in the listing being different than the one installed. These 2 devices are for my nieces who only need it for Google classroom so it wasn’t an issue. It showed how much the seller wants to make sure the buyer is getting exactly what they paid for. I will definitely buy from them again.
