The little surprise was a lovely idea - I would certainly buy from this seller again!

I must admit I've NEVER seen such items packaged so well. You could have dropped the package with mugs in it from a high height and they would have been fully protected. For the way they were delivered, the postage and packaging costs were more than worth it. Great price for a great product.
