In that time I contacted the seller twice through eBay messaging and both times the message was ignored and no response was given. In that time I had already purchased an alternative as it appeared the first item had been lost I sent this item back and it was received in due course but no refund was issued in the allowed time. I had to ask eBay to step in to issue the refund which was very disappointing
