- 0***r (265)- Feedback lasciato dall'acquirente.Mese scorsoAcquisto verificatoI complained about the delivery details for the tyre I bought from sticky stuff tyres as the information I was given by eBay and DHL was that the tyre would be delivered late ,sticky stuff tyres went to some effort and got the tyre to me on time, the customer service is excellent and that was the case even though I was very offhand and ignorant when I contacted the company to complain,thank you for your help and patience

They arrived on time, however, the front tyre was the right size, but the wrong compound. I informed them of this mistake, I received a reply straight away from someone called Ian, he was super helpful and polite. he offered a refund or to swap it for the correct tyre, I decided to swap and I received the correct tyre the next working day! Really prompt, really helpful, great price. Top marks from me. Will buy from here again.

As described and great condition and great value.... The problem was with the courier !! No rush on there part to deliver the tyres and left on my door step when asked to leave in a secure place as per there app and a note left . I was very surprised they weren't stolen by the time I got home . This is in NO way the sellers fault !!!!
