The overall experience however was poor. I paid extra for expedited delivery yet it took 8 days for the item to arrive - 3 days after the latest advised date. I would strongly advise the seller not to use YODEL in the future.

Item is actually better than described, it is as advertised 'used' but looks new! The seller even included the connection cable, which I didn't expect, so a big thank you for that. Item was shipped within the postage choice I chose and delivered within that timeframe. Item was professinally packed and protected from any potential damage caused in transit. - h***g- Feedback lasciato dall'acquirente.Mese scorsoAcquisto verificatoperfect , but seller sent sub and soundbar seperate, didnt let me know so ne arrived and wouldnt give me tracking, when i asked, said something about they dont have access to tracking, but seller expected me to have my crystal ball at ready when i wanted to return as soundbar was missing sub,psu, remote, but she made me aware there was 2 seperate parcels, which now i realise, she was right, but should let customers know,, thanks,
