Was quick to get things rolling once the purchase was made and very friendly. The package came quickly and was in amazing condition. The packing job is better than a lot of bigger companies 🤣. Upon opening the speaker case I saw that everything was in there, the speaker and the charger for it. Sound quality from the speaker is great and there's hardly any scuffs or markings on it.
