Item got stuck in UPS customs debacle for 5 weeks and they seemed to have made efforts getting information to UPS. UPS though made 0 effort contacting anyone. I ended having to do some extra work getting brokerage emails and bombarding them with messages every 60 seconds but eventually it was delivered and it was packaged well for everything it went though.
