The company replaced the broken piece and it was easy to repair. It was to be a gift and had to wait for the repair to give it, but can’t blame the company for this delay. All communication with the company had swift response and very polite. All and all , the item is as described and looks as it was described and pictured. I would buy from them again.

It was well packaged and did not rattle around in the box. I didn't unwrap it all the way as it's for a Christmas gift and I have to mail it out again. It is a solid unit. I think it is a good size. Not too big or small. It took about 18 days from initial order to arrival, which is not outrageous, but I'm glad I ordered it a good distance away from Christmas.
