Product came exactly as described and am very happy with it. The seller also communicates very well, there was a mistake in my shipping where fedex never received the shipping label and when reaching out to see what the issue was the seller immediately offered to send it again with expedited shipping and even sent a wireless mouse along with it to make up for the mistake. Again would absolutely recommend this seller.

I needed a PC without a BIOS password, and the initial computer I received had a password protected BIOS. I contacted the seller, and within hours they had arranged for a return of the original, and a replacement. The seller sent me a prepaid label, and the new shipment is exactly what I needed. Seller was excellent with communication, and was attentive and responsive in a timely manner. Therefore I rate the transaction as very good the computer on first use WIFI, Charger, Connectors, Software is as was stated. Very good Packaging and Condition is acceptable would use the Vendor again and recommend.
