It was sent in 2 bubble mailers (1 inside of another) which concerns me because it’s a sensitive electronic item. Should’ve been wrapped better. The seller quickly sent a return label and processed the return. Sometimes shipping damages happen and they are out of our hands, no fault of the seller. I would still recommend this seller for their honesty and helpfulness.

The box arrived beat up. The speaker was loosely packed, allowing it to slide around, become unwrapped and crushed in on the corners. - shipper kept delaying the delivery date.
