    I ordered this part and when I received it there appeared to be an issue with the item. I contacted the customer service office and was able to share a picture of what appeared to be a missing part and it was quickly determined that the item was damaged during shipment. The customer service person sent out a replacement item that arrived quickly and undamaged. Additional packaging was included in the box this time to ensure that there was no issue. I will use this company again in the future!

    Differential was for my 2012 Grand Cherokee. Arrived quickly and was packed very well. Item was as described, was in good condition, and worked perfectly once installed. Came with a one year warranty that I hope is not needed. Would definitely buy from this vendor again.
