Firstly. Delivery times are completely beyond my control. Second, the absence of the top plate was both clearly explained and shown in the listing. Tripod was also in very good condition, stored correctly in it's protective bag and packaged very well (as are all my items) The last comment is simply nonsensical!! Sorry you are unhappy but next time make contact!
